2. Services

Brightwater Digital provides AI automation consulting, development, and implementation services for businesses. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Brightwater Digital and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. Custom systems built for clients become the client's property upon full payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and timely feedback
  • Ensuring they have the right to use any data or content provided to us
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding their use of AI systems
  • Maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Ongoing services are billed monthly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brightwater Digital provides AI systems on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Project-based work is governed by the specific terms in the service agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
